The following general terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of this website and the content made available through the website (hereinafter "Site") lumiso.cloud, including but not limited to:

The Site is owned and operated by Lumiso (hereinafter "Lumiso", "we", "us" or "our"). Access to and use of the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


1. Registration
It is not necessary to register with the Site to access content or services; however, some areas and functions may be restricted to registered users. In such cases, the user must agree to a separate Subscription Agreement.

2. Property rights
Use of the Site does not grant any intellectual property rights to the accessible content, code, data, or materials. Only one copy of the content may be downloaded for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use may constitute a violation of Italian or international laws.

9. Reimbursement exclusion clause
All software products sold through the Site are considered activated digital goods and immediately usable. Under current law (Directive 2011/83/EU), there is no right of withdrawal or refund for activated digital products.
You irrevocably agree that your purchase implies a waiver of any right to a refund, unless expressly waived in writing by Lumiso on an exceptional basis.

10. Disclaimer clause
Lumiso assumes no responsibility for improper, illicit, or non-compliant use of the software by the user. The user is required to use the tool in full compliance with regulations, including platform policies and GDPR.
Misuse of the tool may result in the suspension of service by third parties. Lumiso disclaims any liability for direct or indirect damages, blockages, suspensions, or losses caused by such misuse.

11. Exclusion of guarantees
Within the limits of the law:
- Content and services are provided "as is."
- Lumiso does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Site.
- Lumiso will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profits resulting from the use of the Site.

12. License
The license is for life, but can only be used on one device at a time. In case of failure, you can request a reset by sending an e-mail to support@lumiso.cloud.

14. Anti-spam policy
